BASE: The foundation is prepared according to DST-N B V.2.6-212: 2016 and DSTU-N A.3.1-23. The surface shall be clean, dry and durable. Carefully remove peeling, old coatings and grease stains. All cementitious plasters must be cured for more than 28 days. Pre-treat surfaces with Gold TM SCANMIX primer. Clean and treat areas affected by the fungus with an antiseptic primer.
PERFORMANCE OF WORK: Stir well before use. Apply with a brush, trowel or roller. When applying the first coat, dilute with water up to a maximum of 10%. Do not thin the last coat. Apply in small sections with a roller or trowel, rolling in one direction. The coating can be embossed with structured rollers, trowel or brush. Work should be carried out at a base temperature of + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C and at a relative humidity below 80%. Do not apply to surfaces exposed to direct sunlight, strong wind and precipitation.
CONSUMPTION:For aerated concrete coating in one layer: 0.7-0.9 kg / m², as a primer coating – about 0.3 kg / m². The exact consumption is determined by trial application on site. Apply the next layer after 24 hours. Complete drying – 3 days at a temperature of + 20 ° C and a humidity of 65%, in other conditions the drying time may change.
FEATURES: The dry paint surface may be repainted.
TOOLS CLEANING: Rinse the tools with water immediately after work, if necessary with addition of detergents.
DRYING TIME: Total drying – 3 days at temperature 20 S and humidity 65%, in other conditions the drying time can change. I can have it repaired in 24 hours.
TONNAGE: Machine toned on the Color Mix system.
