Glue for mineral cotton wool and for foamed polystyrene plates, which is used in the system of insulation of facades «light wet» method. The steam-penetrating mixture, elastic, has a very good adhesion with a bearing base and a foam-polystyrene plate. It can be used for gluing ceramic tiles, glass tiles and porcelain tiles, clinker tiles and stone tiles on walls or floors.
SCANMIX TERM solution is well attached to load-bearing surfaces. The base shall be dry and strong, free from dust, dirt, grease, oils and other adhesive deterioration. ragile layers that do not hold should be removed. If there are defects and irregularities on the surface of the base, it is recommended to align it with the starting spur SCANMIX TT. All bases are processed 1-2 times with primer SCANMIX.
It is recommended to check the adhesion of samples of the polystyrene foam plate (15×15 cm) to the base. After 3 days, check the robustness of the coupling.
SCANMIX TERM adhesive mortar is mixed manually or mechanically until smooth. After 5 minutes of exposure, the ready-made solution of the mixture again, after which it can be used within 4 hours. Works at a base temperature from + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C. When the solution is grasped, it must be protected from freezing, rapid drying and rain. All recommendations are effective at a base temperature of +20°C and relative humidity of 60%. The adhesive solution is applied along the perimeter of the plates with a strip (width 4-5 cm). There are 6-8 spots in the centre of the plate, at least 1 cm high and about 10 cm in diameter. This makes it possible to further align the plates relative to each other. The area covered by SCANMIX TERM shall be not less than 40% of the plate area. It is possible to apply adhesive solution to the entire surface of a toothed spatula with teeth 8×8 or 10×10 mm only having an even base. The solution must not enter the ends of the plates; excess solution must be removed.
First of all, it is desirable to make a thin contact layer along the perimeter of the pinopolitral plate, in places where stains of the solution will be applied, a flat side of the spatula. This will greatly facilitate the installation of the stoves. The hardened plaster must be manufactured within 72 hours of the plate adhesion. Only cool water must be applied to the mixture.

The solution and water should not be poured out after working in sewer pipes. It is desirable to work in rubber gloves. Contact with the skin or eyes shall be avoided. In dry space and on pallets, in factory packaging: 12 months from the date of issue indicated on the package.
The dry mixture is packed in paper bags of 25 kg.
